Guitar Jamz Review – Marty Schwartz

guitar jamz reviewedEvery once in a while you come across a lesser known program that really blows the bigger names out of the water in terms of content, availability, value and simple class. Many of Marty from GuitarJamz’s clients would swear up and down that this is one of those.

With players ranging from ten years old and younger to forty years old and, well, older, Marty’s fans aren’t easy to simply jumble into one group and write off baby boomer or naïve endorsees.

In this article, we’ll help you to decide whether or not these folks are honest lovers of Marty’s lessons, whether he has one of the best underdog programs available to date, or if Marty simply has the deepest pockets and furthest reaches. This is the GuitarJamz review.

So, What is Guitar Jamz?

Well, that depends on what you want it to be, which is already a leg up on most programs. GuitarJamz.com covers a variety of genres and a variety of levels, from beginner to advanced. It also covers a variety of medium—there is both online sources (hundreds of video lessons) and DVD packages. Not many programs give you so much versatility or choice in terms of lessons and usages.

This is one thing that really makes GuitarJamz shine; it allows you to pick and choose how and what and where you learn, something most programs wants to control for you. Not only is this ingenious for marketing, it also helps broaden the appeal to different markets—from children to adults. As far as content, there isn’t much to say.

Actually, there is so much to say that it is best to only take a dip. Throughout the videos and DVDs offered by Marty of GuitarJamz, you can learn about scales, chords, triads, seventh chords, soloing, vibrato, blues guitar techniques, jazz guitar techniques, rock guitar techniques, hammer-ons, pull-offs, legato, fingerpicking, acoustic guitar, country, bluegrass and much, much more.

Yet another great aspect of this program—you aren’t limited to A, B or C genre; you have free reign to learn what you want, and as we said before, how you want to learn it.

The packages offered by Marty are relatively inexpensive alone, but buying a few can add up. However, even though this is true, you are still only paying roughly a third less disc for the amount of material you would be receiving in one of the bigger name programs out on the market, such as Learn and Master Guitar.

In the end, GuitarJamz is a terrific deal if it appeals to you. If it doesn’t, or if you prefer to go with the bigger name over the lesser known, then this may not be for you.

And while we are all for Guitar Jamz and, quite honestly, it is one of our favorite products on the market right now, you should always do your own personal research before making any type of purchase. That means (yes) reading more than one review. Good luck with your guitar program hunt!
